The legacy of out-dated, sub-standard house share accommodation is dying and there is high-level demand for bespoke and aspirational co-living spaces to meet the needs of this newly emerging market segment.
The blueprint for all of our property developments centres around community living, inspired social spaces, smart technology and enhanced facilities. And each of our OX Living Develop co-living houses delivers these fundamental features alongside bespoke, stylish and thoughtful design.
OX Living Develop, launched in 2016, has already delivered over 500 luxury co-living spaces in Oxfordshire, with a target of reaching 1,000 rooms by 2027. We cover all aspects of co-living property development, from the refurbishment and conversion of small residential accommodation to the acquisition and development of larger commercial buildings, including former guesthouses.
OX Living Develop has recently embarked upon a major project within the emerging Build-To-Rent sector and our portfolio compromises our own property developments and those for our OX Living joint venture partners.

BACKGROUND
OX Living was founded by David Granat in 2016. From small beginnings and careful growth over many previous years, David has acquired a wealth of experience in the property market and is raising the bar by re-defining the traditional house-share model for today’s discerning and aspiring young professionals. He’s now making this vision a reality by investing significant capital into building an expanding luxury co-living house share portfolio in Oxfordshire.
